DESCRIPTION:A branched, aliphatic, co-solvent free, polyether-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion.

SUGGESTED USES:HD-2015 was designed for a variety of coating and adhesive applications where the chemical- and thermal-resistance of a crosslinked system are required, but the use of a multiple component system is neither feasible nor desirable.

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Contains no co-solvent
• Produces medium hard, tough films
• Polymer branching improves film resistance properties
• Dries to clear, glossy film
• Dilution and cleanup with water

APPLICATION:HD-2015 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications. Rheology modifications can be made with associative thickeners for alternative application methods.

CURING:HD-2015 can be air dried, if desired, depending on film thickness. Typical drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties.
