Upholstery Flock Adhesive

DESCRIPTION:Soft, viscous acrylic copolymer compound.

SUGGESTED USES:Neutral foamable flock adhesive for upholstery.

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Excellent wet abrasion resistance
  • Excellent foam appearance and stability
  • Breathable with very soft hand

APPLICATION:

METHOD Foamed two coat system using knife over roll
COVERAGE 0.5-0.6 oz/yd2 for precoat, 1.5 – 1.7 oz/yd2 for topcoat
DRYING CYCLE 20-40 seconds at 250oF (121oC)
CURING CYCLE 5-7 minutes at 300oF (149oC)
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES: (typical) PACKAGING & STORAGE
SOLIDS: 45% PACKAGING: 55 gal returnable fiber drums on returnable pallets. Other as requested.
* VISCOSITY: 22,000 cps @ 77oF (25oC) STORAGE: Keep from freezing. Keep containers closed. Store at 50-90oF
pH: 9.0 STABILITY: 3 months at recommended storage conditions. Rotate inventory.
DENSITY: 8.9 lbs/gal

*Brookfield Viscometer Model DV-1: #6 spindle @ 20 RPM
