DESCRIPTION:A soft, high solids, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion.

SUGGESTED USES:L-2337 was designed as a multi-purpose textile binder polymer. It is suitable for industrial applications where low VOC, high film-build, elastomeric coatings are required.

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Very high solids (60%)
• Contains no co-solvent
• Forms soft, tough, lightfast films
• Excellent adhesion to most substrates

APPLICATION:L-2337 can be used as supplied or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or pad bath applications. Solids can be reduced with water to optimize dry coating weight. This product may also be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods.

CURING:L-2337 can be air dried, if desired, depending on film thickness. Typical drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties.
